Cape Town is still experiencing the Southeasterly winds– with our second period of extended wind stoppages throughout last week. Waiting time is 6-8 days for CTCT with several vessels at anchor in Table Bay. We continue with much-improved operational environment in South Africa: minimal waiting time, low terminal, and yard density, plenty of depot capacity and a robust equipment position. Severe cyclone weather warning around the Islands – Reunion and Mauritius.Cyclone Garance Further afield, on a positive note, the political situation in Mozambique has eased – and Beira and Maputo’s waiting time is falling. Port Louis has fully recovered – with restored productivity and move count.
